Newton Labs’ Inspection Application Group is
specifically focused on supporting the power generation industry and
the evolving nuclear renaissance. The group’s emphasis is to
introduce to the industry new technology and equipment to further
automate the processes and equipment in the power generation
industry and, in addition, to provide the individualized customer
service expected from vendors in this industry.
New technology
in the form of new equipment, processes and techniques with machine
vision as the enabling technology has been introduced into many
industries in the past few years; currently not all of these
technological innovations have been made available to the power
generation industry. The mission of the Newton Inspection Applications
Group is to supply equipment to the industry incorporating some of
these new products and processes for increased efficiency and
personnel safety.

radiological or hazardous environments
